“The Nutcracker” has been a holiday tradition at BalletMet for 43 years. The production employs over 200 dancers and attracts 30,000 audience members to the Ohio Theatre each year, according to a statement from BalletMet. In order to keep the holiday spirit alive, “The Nutcracker” page on BalletMet’s website will continue to update fans with crafts, events, and videos.

The ballet is currently making tentative plans to return in March of 2021 for small audience performances in its black box theater.
