Cleveland-based brewery Saucy Brew Works has announced the opening of their first Columbus location in Harrison West this month. The date and time of the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Saucy Brew Works Columbus Brewpub and Coffeehouse has been set for Oct. 23 at 11 a.m.

The menu for the full restaurant will feature New Haven-style pizza, appetizers, and sandwiches. The menu also includes a special “Dietary Offerings” section with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options to accommodate all types of diets, food allergies, and restrictions.

The Columbus restaurant opening also marks the initial launch of Saucy Coffee, and their offerings will include a single-origin house roast, pour overs, and espresso.

Although the COVID-19 pandemic delayed the opening–originally set for this past spring– owners Brent Zimmerman and Eric Anderson say they are now ready to start serving at 443 West Third Ave. They follow a number of health protocols in their other locations that they will bring to the Columbus brewpub and coffeehouse as well.

The brewery features space for up to 190 people, with indoor and outdoor seating available.
