5 new restaurants, retailers open now in Easton + 6 coming soon

Since its inception, Easton Town Center has been an exciting destination and revolutionary development for Central Ohio. Now, a massive $500 million expansion is well underway, attempting to meet the growing and changing needs of consumers in Columbus.

Right now, there are five new restaurants and retailers to visit in the new development, and six more are on the way! Scroll down for more info.

Forbidden Root
Restaurant and Brewery

Thanks to a quicker construction process than originally planned, beer fans are now able to enjoy a cold one at the Chicago-native Forbidden Root Restaurant & Brewery, which is located in Easton. The opening features 10 original beers on tap ranging from IPAs to fruited wheat ales and oaked Vienna lagers. Read more

The “dramatic” Rooftop Restaurant offers “a year-round, skylit garden escape offering a timeless, ingredient-driven menu beneath a soaring atrium with retractable glass walls, and sparkling crystal chandeliers. Read more

The Beeline

Beeline, a beer, wine, and craft cocktail bar with an emphasis on local ingredients is now open. The two-story, 3,000-square-foot bar hosts local and national DJs on the weekend nights, but the bar is also devoted to entertaining guests with its huge all-seasons patio, yard games, projection screen for sporting events and movies, and other nighttime programming (did someone say s’mores buffet?!).
