The prepared foods section is open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. The food options change daily and can even change throughout the day. There is a base of items—rice, beans, ceviche and tamales. They offer 24 different prepared food options, 5 different ceviches, 6 seafood cocktails (not drinks) and a variety of desserts, a variety of salsas (Pico de gallo, salsa verde & roja, chipotle).
