Icarus Sandwich Shop will also focus on handmade and house-prepared ingredients. “With fresh-baked bread and in-house prepared meat, Icarus will make as much product by hand as possible, taking Columbus’ sandwich games to the next level,” a press release announcing the opening reads.

Diners can expect a concise menu of eight different sandwiches, such as a turkey club, spicy sopressata, and meatball sandwich. The menu also includes soft serve and house-made chips with onion dip.

To celebrate the new sandwich shop’s grand opening, Icarus will be giving away t-shirts to the first 20 people in line on Oct. 30, as well as free chips and dip for the first two hours.
