Columbus hospital named top 10 in the country by new U.S. News & World Report

For the ninth year in a row, Nationwide Children’s Hospital was named a top 10 pediatric hospital in the nation by the U.S. News & World Report.

The recently-published list, which profiled the ten-best pediatric hospitals in the country for 2022-2023, had Nationwide Children’s as the ninth best.

“We work to provide the highest quality care to children in our community and to the children we serve from around the world,” said Tim Robinson, Nationwide Children’s CEO in a press release. “The dedication of our physicians, researchers and staff to our patients and their families never wavers, and this recognition is a testament to our team’s efforts.”

The cumulative score for each institution is generated by ranking each across 10 different areas of speciality.

Nationwide Children’s was ranked first in cancer care, eighth in gastroenterology and GI surgery and ninth in neurology and neurosurgery.
