Easton store broken into, burglarized

Jack McLaughlin

Columbus Police are asking for your help identifying a suspect who broke into and burglarized an Easton Town Center storefront.

At approximately 4:20 a.m. on July 31, a male suspect broke into an Easton business located on the 4000 block of Morse Crossing. The suspect entered through the front door, before removing the cash drawer from the cash register and exiting through the back door of the storefront.

Columbus Police released surveillance video footage of the crime today, along with a request for information on the suspect in the video. You can watch that below.

It’s unclear if the suspect obtained a key or if the door was unlocked, as the front doors were not damaged during the break-in.

If you have information about this incident, contact Det. Lee at 614-645-2043, or email him at [email protected]. You can also share tips with Central Ohio Crime Stoppers at 614-461-8477.
