Ohio pie makes Yelp’s list of 10 most outrageous pizzas in the country


We’ve probably all had some weird pizzas from time to time, but Yelp’s new list of the country’s 10 most outrageous takes things to a whole new level.
If you’re feeling dangerous, one of the pies that cracked the top-10 list is located just an hour away from Columbus.
Coming in as the list’s fourth entry, behind the Taco Taco Taco Pizza at Tony Baloney’s in Atlantic City is the Elvis Pizza, from Roscoe’s Pizza in Corwin, Ohio.

Known for crazy pies like the Peanut Butter and Jelly Pizza and a Grippo’s Pizza, the Elvis features peanut butter, a sprinkling of cheese, bacon pieces, bananas and honey.
Here’s what Yelp had to say about the pie:
The Elvis pizza is an homage to the well-known sandwich of the same name, reportedly one of rock legend Elvis Presley’s faves: peanut butter, bananas, bacon, and honey, all on toasted bread. “I was watching a documentary about Elvis one night, and it mentioned that was one of his favorite meals growing up,” says Roscoe’s owner, Jeff Ross. “I thought, ‘We can do that!’”
