Columbus cookie maker featured in ‘New York Times’ section
Columbus bakery business Plenty O’ Cookies is no stranger to features on The Food Network, and last weekend, their work even landed in the New York Times.
According to a social media post by Plenty O’ Cookies and Disney on Broadway, work from owner Alex Copeland was featured in the baking section of last Sunday’s New York Times.
For the section, which had a Disney on Broadway theme, Copeland created sweet treats inspired by his favorite Disney productions, including cookies inspired by “The Lion King,” “Beauty and the Beast” and more.

“I added magic to my creations by going through my memory of Disney shows that I have seen and really trying to put all that emotion into each creation, making them super special,” Copeland said.
