Columbus eatery offering chicken wing bouquets for Valentine’s day

Jack McLaughlin

I’m going to be honest with you, Columbus. If someone gave me a bouquet of flowers, I would truly appreciate the gesture. But if you bought a bouquet of Rooster’s Wings (with Carolina Gold sauce if you’d actually like to send one), I would be beside myself with joy.

Starting today, Rooster’s will be offering its annual Wingquets, and with an added bonus. The Columbus chicken wing hotspot has partnered with the ever-popular Lion Cub’s cookies to add the option of a Lion Cub’s Cookies four-pack on the side.

Each Winquet consists of 24 boneless wings, accompanied by an entire bottle of your preferred Roosters sauce. Wingquest can be purchased for $65 each, with the optional inclusion of a four-pack of Lion’s Cub Cookies for $18.

Patrons can opt for either pick-up or delivery, but those choosing delivery must select an address within a 50-mile radius of Pickerington.

This year Wingquets will be offered until Feb.11, or until they sell out, so if you want one (or three), don’t wait too long.
