Southern-inspired breakfast chain opening second Central Ohio location this month 

Chicken and waffles, crab cake benedict, shrimp n’ grits – you can have all your Southern favorites very soon.

Another Broken Egg Cafe is opening…well, another cafe! According to a representative from their Easton location, they’ll be opening another Powell restaurant on Monday, December 23 at 8823 Owenfield Dr., in the former Panera.

The award-winning cafe first opened a Central Ohio location back in 2022 at Easton. The restaurant boasts about 100 locations throughout the United States right now, with eight of them being in Ohio. It’s considered to be one of the fastest-growing breakfast and brunch concepts right now, according to a press release.

Along with a large assortment of brunch items, Another Broken Egg Cafe makes hand-crafted cocktails, like Bloody Mary’s, palomas, margaritas, and mules. Check out their cocktail menu here, and their food menu here.

The new Powell location will be open Monday through Friday, 7AM to 2PM, and extends until 3PM on the weekends. While the chain appears to be open on Christmas Eve, they’re usually closed for holidays such as Christmas.
