Acclaimed ‘puppy yoga class’ already in 20 other cities debuts in Columbus this weekend

While it’s proven that yoga releases endorphins, you might as well boost your serotonin levels to the max with a combination of yoga and playing with puppies. You can do just that, starting this weekend!
Puppies & Yoga, the yoga class that involves 7-12 puppies frolicking about while you’re in Downward Dog, is making its way to Columbus, debuting this weekend. Every Saturday and Sunday, starting Saturday April 5th, gear up for 45 minutes of an all-level yoga flow, followed by 30 minutes of puppy playtime and cuddles.

BROUGHT TO YOU BY
45,000 people across the United States have already taken this class in 20 different cities, and reviews show that this lowers stress levels for both the yoga participants and the puppies. The goal is for these puppies (who come from local breeders), to socialize early with people and other dogs before moving into their new homes. They’re 8-12 weeks, and Puppies & Yoga says they come from nurturing environments where they receive excellent care.
Starting this weekend, classes will be offered every Saturday and Sunday. The minimum age requirement is 10 years old. You can buy your tickets here!
