Columbus suburb ranks as one of the fastest-growing, richest cities in the nation

Those who don’t live in Ohio tend to think that the Columbus suburbs are just corn fields and barns. But those of us that do live here know that our suburbs are rich with culture, activities, great restaurants, and cool bars.

Columbus’ suburbs are rich in other ways, too. According to a study by Go Banking Rates, where researchers analyzed data collected from the latest Census Bureau, Dublin, OH is considered the 15th fastest-growing wealthy suburbs in America – and it’s the only one in Ohio to make it in the Top 30.

From 2018 to 2023, Dublin grew by 8%, with an average home value also increasing to almost $600,000. The median income for a household is $155,282. Out of 100, Go Banking gave Dublin a 77 “Livability Score.”

If you’re wondering which state has the fastest-growing wealthy suburbs, the top three fastest-growing are all based in Texas.
