Next time someone asks you why you’re still living in Columbus, just tell that you’re proud to live in one of the world’s happiest cities.

According to the World Happiness Report by the Institute for Quality of Life, Columbus is the #63rd happiest city in the entire world. The report ranked 200 cities all over the planet, and only 18 of them are in the United States. We happen to be one of them.

The report used happiness indicators such as education, inclusive policies, innovation, housing, access to culture, governance, environment, economy, health, and mobility to determine which cities are thriving.
