Ohio’s largest Pilates studio opening this week in Columbus
“Engage your core.”
“Pull your naval to your spine.”
“Now, lengthen.”
If you’ve taken a Pilates class, you probably know what all of the aforementioned means. But if you haven’t, well you now have a chance to attend one of the most anticipated Pilates studio openings Columbus has seen.
Pilates by Ashtyn Studio officially opens this Thursday, October 16th. The Italian Village studio, located at 1146 N. 4th St., is the largest studio in the entire state, and most importantly, it’s really chic.
Owner and instructor Ashtyn Pharis has been teaching for over 12 years, and she wanted to create a space that’s not only fully hers, but yours, too. Expect intentional, calming energy, curated playlists, new equipment, an uplifting environment, and occasionally a visit by her three adorable dogs.
“We’re here for mindful movement, music that moves you, and a space that feels like yours the moment you walk in. This is where control meets flow. Structure meets sweat. Rest meets resistance. Whether you’re in your first class or your hundredth, you’ll leave feeling stronger in your body and clearer in your head,” says Pilates by Ashtyn’s website.
Besides the gorgeous interior, Pilates by Ashyn is different from most other studios in that it offers reformer and mat classes. “We’re committed to true Pilates,” they said. “Authentic training, not ‘inspired’ trends, brought to life in a space designed for community and growth.”
Membership packages and their class schedules are already up. Check it all out here!
