Popular Worthington boutique opens second location Downtown

A Worthington boutique known for ethical, sustainable, and trendy clothing has expanded to Downtown, and after much anticipation, its doors have opened.
Evolverie Clothing, located at 695 High St. in Worthington, opened their second location on Friday, March 14, right next to Speck, Hank’s, and Chouette at 107 N. High St. The women’s fashion retailer expansion is part of the Ground Floor Growth, an initiative led by Columbus City Councilmember Nicholas J. Bankston alongside Downtown Columbus, Inc. to bring more small, local, minority and women-owned businesses to Downtown.
The new 1,000 square feet shop features their signature digs, such as women’s blazers, button-downs, dresses, and much more.

Owner Amy Homan first started the clothing concept in 2017, offering fashion-forward, budget-friendly, and inclusive limited-edition clothing made from leftover fabric.
We want to focus on handcrafting comfortable, wearable pieces for women of all shapes, sizes, and life-stages. We also want it to feel as good for the environment as it does on the body, so everything is made from leftover fabrics that would otherwise end up in the landfill,” shared Homan in a press release.
Homan emphasized on a social media post that she doesn’t want to live in a city where “the streets are lined with faceless chains and worse, empty storefronts that no one can afford.”
She maintains hope that, “People want to buy from real people.”
