Sneak peek of the new ‘entertainment campus’ coming to Central Ohio; 36-hole putting course, restaurant, bar, + more

The longtime bar & grill, Bogey Inn, may have closed in 2022, but their comeback is going to be incredible.

Rise Brands, the local developer behind Columbus institutions like 16-Bit Bar+Arcade and Pins Mechanical Co., announced in January that they planned to transform the ol’ bar and grill into a brand-new space, complete with a restaurant, bar, ice cream shop, and – get this – a 36-hole putting golf course that features 9 covered, climate-controlled holes.

This new “entertainment campus,” located at 6013 Glick Rd. in Powell, will keep the name The Bogey Inn as an ode to the beloved restaurant. Live entertainment, indoor & outdoor seating, plus multiple fire pits will also be part of the new space.

“We set out to build a space that’s dynamic and welcoming year-round,” said Troy Allen, CEO of Rise Brands in a press release. “The Bogey Inn is for everyone — from families spending a fun afternoon together to friends refining their putting skills and companies hosting unforgettable events. It’s about bringing people together to create lasting memories.”

Construction is already underway, and this incredible new entertainment campus is projected to open in the summer of 2026. More information can be found on their website.
