‘The Office’ spinoff series set to be set in this Ohio city

Move over, Scranton. 

There’s a new spinoff series of the hit show, “The Office,” that will be set in Ohio, announced NBCUniversal.

“The Paper,” made by the same team that made “The Office” such a hit, will be set in Toledo, this time at a newspaper office. Creator Greg Daniels told The Hollywood Reporter that the newspaper’s budget is low, the reporters are untrained, and they don’t know what they’re doing.

The show premieres this September on Peacock, and although it’s set in the same universe as “The Office,” there will be a new set of actors. However, Oscar Martinez, is reprising his role for the show!
