An indie bookstore crawl featuring 14 local spots is coming to Columbus next month

Ready your reading glasses, Columbus, because a bookstore crawl is coming soon.

The 2025 Indie Bookstore Crawl will be held April 26 across central Ohio, from the Short North to Delaware.

This year’s bookstore crawl will feature the following 14 storefronts:

Similar to other themed tours, the Indie Bookstore Crawl will feature a passport that users can collect at any location. If they receive a stamp—which is used to validate a bookstore visit—at seven different bookstores, they’ll be entered for a chance to win a “basket full of literary gifts.”
