Columbus craft crawl featuring 16 locations is coming next month
Columbus, it’s time to get crafty. Maybe you’ve been a little blue since JOANN recently closed all its Ohio locations. Thankfully, we live in a city that values art – including sewing, knitting, pottery-making, and even stained glass. This summer, a Columbus Craft Crawl with the tagline “Get crafty in the city” is coming on August 16, 2025.
The event will have 16 participating local spots, including:
The Sewing Hive
Wild Cat Gift & Party
Sew to Speak
Good Dea Craft School
Dye Mad Yarns
Tuft Itties / Crass Concepts
Studio 614
614 Knit Studio
Craft Raccoon
The Stained Glass Corner
Makers Social
The Kiln Room
Chartreuse Supply Shop
Bareclay
Yarn It & Haberdashery
Natterdoodle
BROUGHT TO YOU BY
Each shop will have its own activities, including special DIY projects. The craft crawl will supply a passport, where shoppers can get a stamp at five or more locations, for a chance at winning a prize pack from participating shops. Explore new craft destinations, make some friends in the crafts community, take advantage of special sales, and try your luck at winning some prizes along the way.
A map including all participating locations will be shared on social media in the coming weeks as the event comes closer. Follow any of the stores above on Instagram, including @wildcat_gift_and_party, for more updates and event information!
