The Mario Kart Band—and an entire Mario Kart tournament—are on their way to The Little Grand Market.

The Little Grand Prix, a 1 versus 1 Mario Kart tournament accompanied by Columbus’ Mario Kart Band (which you can learn more about in the April 2025 issue of (614) Magazine), will both be making their way to the Grandview food hall on June 7, from 12-10:30 p.m.

“When we first saw the viral video of the Mario Kart Band, we knew we had to bring that level of fun and excitement to Grandview,” said Nick Meyers, Senior Guest Service Manager at The Little Grand Market.

The tournament will feature 18 1 v. 1 races, meaning a total of 36 slots are available, with the Mario Kart Band playing musical accompaniments throughout each round.

You can purchase tickets for $15 here, but spectating is free.

According to Meyers, prizes for winners, including a gift card pool of $500, will be available for winners.
