Dayton-based flower market opens doors of first Columbus location

A popular Ohio flower vendor has put down roots in Columbus.

The Flowerman, a popular Dayton-based floral vendor boasting 20,000 Instagram followers, is now open in Central Ohio.

According to a social media post, The Flowerman’s first Columbus storefront is now officially open. It’s location at 761 Bush Ct. on the city’s North Side.

The store’s grand opening celebration was also held on Aug. 15, where a dozen roses were given away for free to the first 100 customers at the event, in addition to free coffee from Dirtbag Coffee.

The floral vendor operates both a custom service to provide flowers for weddings and events, in addition to a massive walk-in cooler that regularly features dozens of flower varieties flown in fresh from around the world.
