Your guide to activities and events at the 10th annual 614 Day

For the first time in in the history of the event, 614 Day (a celebration of Columbus that takes place every year on June 14) lands on a Saturday.
For those not in the know, the holiday got its start in 2015, when a casual day-long bash was hosted at Seventh Son Brewing. After being formally recognized by the Columbus City Council in 2019, the event has steadily grown, although its headquarters have always remained at Seventh Son.
This year–which is slated to be the event’s biggest yet–multiple streets in Italian Village will be blocked off to ensure safety and bestow a block-party like atmosphere to the day. Barricades will be put up on W. Town Street, W. Chapel Street and W. State Street between Lucas Street and McDowell Street.
