Rush Creek Village in Worthington is the largest community in the country to implement the tenants of organic architecture, which was based on the principles of undisputed master Frank Lloyd Wright.

One of the homes from this Worthington neighborhood, which was designed by famous architect Ted Van Fossen, is currently making rounds on the internet.

It’s a piece of American architectural history. It’s FIVE levels. And it’s for sale for just $750,000.
