Two Central Ohio pumpkin patches named among the country’s best by ‘USA Today’

If you’re anything like us, you’re eating Halloween candy while using a pumpkin-spice scented pen to count down the remaining days until fall officially arrives.

And even if you don’t love autumn as much as we do, we can all appreciate a good pumpkin patch.

According to the USA Today nominations for the nation’s top pumpkin patch of 2025, as part of its 10Best Readers Choice awards, Central Ohio is home to not one, but two different candidates:

Lehner’s Pumpkin Farm in Radnor and Sam’s Pumpkin Patch in Pickerington.

Ohio was one of only three states—including Virginia and New York—to have multiple farms in the USA Today list, which features 20 total semifinalist.

You can vote for your favorite farm here, and the 10 that receive the most votes will be revealed—in order—on Sept. 17. Voting ends on Sept. 8.
