Desert resort-themed cocktail bar from owners of Cincy’s Tokyo Kitty opening at Bridge Park this week

A unique new cocktail bar will join the Dublin dining scene tomorrow.

Palm Valley Cocktails, the first Central Ohio concept from Gorilla Cinema Presents, the hospitality group behind the popular Cincinnati spot Tokyo Kitty, will open its doors on May 2, from 3 p.m.-2 a.m.

Palm Valley Cocktails is located at 6770 Longshore St., STE 140 in Dublin.

The new concept, which is inspired by the “desert resort getaways of the Midcentury,” will offer vintage luxury vibes, a patio with sweeping views of the Dublin Link, plus “retro-modern beverages” and culinary snacks, including Palm Popcorn, a Caviar Bump, Lemon Cake and more.

Palm Valley’s drink menu is highlighted by options like the Sparrow Spritz (Italicus, lemon, thyme, cucumber, grapefruit, bitters, soda and Proseco) and the Miss Atomic Bomb (Watershed Four Peel Gin, prickly pear, lemon, lime, simple syrup and lavender).
