A new spot for bubble tea and ‘cheese macchiato’ opens

If you’ve never had a latte topped with a “cheese foam,” here’s your chance.

Mr. Tea, an authentic spot for Asian bubble teas and fun drinks, is now open at 885 Bethel Rd., right inside the Dayou Market alongside Kamil’s Uyghur Cuisine and JiBeiChuan Noodles & Ramen.

The tea shop uses carefully selected, premium tea leaves and resh ingredients to craft a variety of milk teas, fruit teas, and specialty drinks, such as Mango Pamelos, Brown Sugar Lattes, Grass Jelly with Red Bean Drink, and even Mango Slush’s topped with a Cheese Macchiato, which resembles a sweet cheese cold foam.

They also offer a selection of freshly brewed teas that use the skin of the fruit for added flavor.

Mr. Tea is open every day besides Tuesdays, noon to 8 p.m.
