According to ‘Yelp,’ this family-owned Central Ohio bakery serves some of the best pies in America

One of my favorite aspects of pie is that it’s appropriate for every season. Lemon meringue pie for Spring, cherry pie on the 4th of July, pumpkin pie in the fall, and even eggnog pies for Christmas.

And lucky for us Central Ohioans, a family-owned bakery makes some of the best pies in the nation, according to Yelp.

“This family-owned business is a Yelp Elite favorite, offering over 35 different pie options, from fruit to cream to pot pies,” Yelp said of Just Pies, located in Westerville at 736 Northfield Rd.

Just Pies opened in 2004, and even received a shoutout from Oprah herself. Over two decades later, and the owner, Pete Sterk, is still churning out some of the best pies not only in Ohio, but in America!

 Yelp Elites recommend their Buckeye Pie and Peach Riot Pie, but they offer dozens of other specialty flavors, too: mince pies, chocolate Boston cream, key lime, and more.
