After a decade of opening, acclaimed national steakhouse chain opening second Central Ohio location this month

A popular restaurant for wood-fired proteins and vegetables is opening another location this year.

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is slated to open at 6036 N. Hamilton Rd. in New Albany next week, on August 25, Firebirds told 614Now.

This national steakhouse chain with over 60 locations across 20 other states is known for their woodfired burgers, hardwood grilled, 21-day-aged steaks, and seared seafood options. They also serve weekend brunch featuring steak & egg bowls, salmon benedict, shrimp & grits, smothered tenderloin burrito, and much more.

If you can’t wait until winter of this year to try out their menu, there’s another Firebirds located at 8760 Sancus Blvd. near Polaris, which opened a decade ago.
