After closing due to fire damage in 2023, popular Columbus eatery announces opening update
According to a new update posted to Hunan Lion’s social media pages, the restaurant is on track to open before the summer ends.
“We’re absolutely thrilled to share some great news—our reopening is just around the corner and we’re on track to open in early August!! We’ve overcome some major challenges along the way, and while there’s still a few things to finalize, we’re feeling confident and excited,” a post made to Hunan Lion’s Facebook page on Tuesday reads.
The popular Chinese eatery original was damaged by a fire in October of 2023, and announced it would remain closed until repairs could be completed.
