After nearly 50 years, Central Ohio pizzeria ‘may have to close’ without increase in business

Amy’s Pizza has served Central Ohio for nearly fifty years, but according to a social media post made by the pizzeria yesterday, it’s in danger of closing its doors for good.
The pizza spot, which is located at 9139 US-62 in Harrisburg, Ohio, posted a statement to its Facebook page yesterday that the eatery could close if business doesn’t improve.

“Hey everyone! We’ve been a part of this community since 1976, and it’s heartbreaking to say that our sales have dropped so much that we might have to close our doors this year,” the post reads. “We’re reaching out for your support! We have brand new staff and exciting additions to our menu. This is our last chance to make a comeback, and we truly don’t want to see our beloved place close down. Please give us another chance and come visit us! Thank you for your support!”
Amy’s Pizza opened in 1976.
