While the Marysville location of Roosters closed in December of 2024, it was only intended to stay shuttered for six months, for renovations after being sold to a new owner.

Things didn’t quite work out this way, as the restaurant remains closed, but fans of the popular location hotspot for wings and more can rest assured a reopening is coming soon.

According to a social media post from the brand, Roosters Marysville is set to open in January 2026, although an exact opening date wasn’t announced.

“We got a little ahead of ourselves and the plot twist was: there was more construction and more upgrades needed than we originally planned for,” the post reads. “Because we want our Marysville location to be absolutely perfect for the community that we love, the reopening has taken a bit longer than expected. Thank you for your continued patience while we’ve been busy behind the scenes. We want to be open just as much as everyone else does!”

The renovated location will include a “fresh” new look, and a new open concept layout for the eatery.

The Marysville Roosters is located at 16450 Square Dr.
