Another mochi donut chain has officially opened its first Central Ohio location

Central Ohio’s mochi donut madness doesn’t appear to be slowing down anytime soon, and we’re not upset about it.

Let’s Mochi Donuts officially opened earlier this year in Delaware. It’s located at 16 S. Sandusky St.

The chain offers 8, 12 and 16-pack boxes in a variety of flavors. If you’re unfamiliar, mochi donuts, which are made with a variety of rice flour, impart a unique, springy, chewy texture, which resembles a cross between a cake or yeast donut and a funnel cake.

The new Delaware storefront also sells boba tea and Korean corn dogs.

Let’s Mochi Donuts is one of many mochi spots that have recently popped up in the greater Columbus area. The Mochi Shop, Columbus’ first dedicated mochi donut concept, transitioned from a pop-up shop to a brick and mortar storefront this year, and Mochi Ring opened a location on the city’s Northwest Side last year.
