Award-winning pizzeria opens another Columbus restaurant

A popular pizzeria just opened their fourth location in the Central Ohio area.

Brenz Pizza Co.’s Clintonville doors are officially open, located in Graceland Shopping Center at 5063 N. High St. 

The pizzeria has won numerous awards, specifically for their Heartland (red sauce, cheese, pepperoni, bacon, balsamic caramelized onions, roasted red peppers. Finished with parmesan, basil), Bomber (garlic butter base, cheese, meatballs, fresh mozzarella, dollops of red sauce, fresh garlic; finished with parmesan and fresh basil), Bianca Rossa (olive oil base, cheese, sausage, fresh mozzarella, dollops of red sauce, bruschetta tomatoes; finished with parmesan and fresh basil), and Rustic Pizza (Red sauce base, cheese, pepperoni, sausage, caramelized onions, roasted red peppers; finished with fresh basil).

Brenz’s mission is to always use fresh produce, artisan aged cheese, and top-quality sausage and pepperoni from the family-owned business here in Columbus, Ezzo Sausage Co. Their dough undergoes a strenuous fermentation process, producing pies that lean towards the soft, chewy texture of Neopalitan-style pizza.

Visit their new Clintonville restaurant Sunday through Thursday, 11am-8pm, and Fridays and Saturdays, 11am-9pm. Or, check out their other locations in Dublin, New Albany, and at Lennox.
