Beloved neighborhood restaurant & whiskey bar opens brand-new location after 15 years

A new chapter has started for Delaware and one of their favorite spots for gyros and baklava.
OPA Grill & Tavern announced a while ago they’d be moving into a bigger & better space, and their brand new location is officially open as of April 17.
The authentic Mediterranean-inspired restaurant served the community for 15 years at 18 S. Sandusky St., but moved right down the street to 22 S. Sandusky Street. This new space boasts a refreshed interior design, expanded seating, and a modern kitchen. And of course, their extensive whiskey selection is still a prominent feature. Along with a large, open dining area, OPA offers a second-floor lounge for group gatherings and special events, plus two full-service bars, and a seasonal patio.

“Our guests are like family to us,” says Genti Koci, owner of OPA Grill and Tavern. “This move allows us to serve them even better, with more room, new features, and the same incredible food and hospitality they’ve always enjoyed.”
Stop in for a fresh gyro and souvlaki every day besides Sunday.
