Billed as a build-your-own style burrito bar, Barrio allows diners to create their own custom burritos, bowls, quesadillas and tacos. Patrons can pick from 11 different proteins (including options like chorizo, steak, crunchy chicken and more) and over then a dozen toppings, in addition to salsas and sauces.
The concept, which is based in North York, Ontario, Canada, currently operates 11 locations in the United States, with a dozen more planning to open soon.
