‘Burrito bar’ concept opens new Central Ohio location with 3 more on the way

One thing’s for sure: Central Ohio loves a “build-your-own ____” concept. 

And specifically, Barrio Burrito Bar, a Canada-based chain that’s rapidly expanding throughout the region. Their first location opened on Morse Rd. this past summer, with a second opening in Delaware just last month at 66 Hyatts Road.

• 3747 E. Broad St. in Columbus
• 131 Route 3 in Sunbury
• 50 Coughlin Lane in Delaware

Similar to other fast-casual concepts like Chipotle and Brassica, Barrio Burrito Bar offers a build-your-own experience, where diners can create customized bowls, burritos, tacos, quesadillas and more.
