Central Ohio-based burger spot tapped as the healthiest fast food burger in America

According to a recent story from Delish, the healthiest fast food burger in the country hails from Central Ohio.
Delish picked Wendy’s Jr. Hamburger as the nation’s healthiest, noting the burger contains just 440mg of sodium, alongside 15 grams of protein and 25 grams of carbs.

“And we have a winner! While Wendy’s was pretty much neck and neck with Burger King, it has a slight edge thanks to its impressively low calorie count (280) and lower saturated fat: 4 grams,” Delish wrote about the burger.
Wendy’s Jr. Hamburger was followed by Burger King’s Whooper Jr. (310 calories, 27 grams of carbs, 5 grams of saturated fat, 15.2 grams of protein and 390mg of sodium) in second place and McDonald’s Hamburger (250 calories, 30 grams of carbs, 3.5 grams of saturated fat, 13 grams of protein and 510mg of sodium) in third place.
