Central Ohio restaurant group sells eatery
A Columbus-area Mexican restaurant has been sold.
According to a statement from the eatery itself and Square Roots Restaurant Group, the hospitality group behind the concept, Mariposa Mexican has been sold to new owners. The sale was announced yesterday on social media.
“After much thought and consideration, we’ve made the decision to sell Mariposa Mexican. This decision was made with care and intention, and it reflects what’s best for our company, and our team,” the statement reads. “We want to reassure you that this transition does not affect any of our other restaurants or the Square Roots Restaurant Group brand. Our dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences has never been greater.”
