Coffee chain featured on ‘Good Morning America’ and more opening first Columbus store next month

After a wait of nearly two years, Bitty & Beau’s will open the doors of its first Columbus storefront next month.

According to a social media post made by the concept on Friday, it will hold the grand opening of its Central Ohio coffee shop and restaurant on May 3, with a ribbon cutting slated for 10 a.m.

It’s located at 3110 Kingsdale Center.

Well known following appearances on ‘Good Morning America,’ ‘The Today Show’ and others, Bitty & Beau’s is known for hiring special needs individuals, and is self-described as “a human rights movement disguised as a coffee shop.” Founder Amy Wright was also named CNN’s Hero of the Year in 2017.

Bitty & Beau’s currently operates 20 locations across more than 10 states.
