Columbus food truck closes

A SoHud staple has closed. For now, at least.
According to a social media post, Koshiary King, the Egyptian street food-focused vendor, closed its food truck on Saturday.
“To our beloved community, we want to thank each and every one of you for the incredible love and support you’ve shown us. Your kind words, your loyalty and your hunger for the best food in Cbus have meant the world to us,” the statement reads. “As of today, Koshiary King will be shutting down our food truck.”

The truck was regularly located at 2519 Summit St. in the SoHud neighborhood.
The post noted that the closure “isn’t goodbye, it’s just see you soon,” although it did not elaborate on future plans for the concept.
