Columbus is loving this ‘Old Hollywood’ themed speakeasy hidden under a popular Short North restaurant
This secret space is for the old-school drinkers—those who still relish in dirty martinis, whiskey sours, and a Collins rather than craft cocktails infused with sesame and miso (nothing wrong with that either, though!).
The Marmont, a speakeasy hidden underneath Forno in the Short North, invites you to cruise down Sunset Blvd. to a classic Hollywood bar in the 1950s, with classic libations and delicious snacks like Caesar Salads and Garlic Parmesan Fries.

The speakeasy used to be a storage space…and to find it, you have to locate the secret door inside Forno, which then opens to a staircase that leads down to the clandestine spot.
The Marmont is open Thursdays from 6pm-11pm, and Fridays & Saturdays from 6pm-1am. Inside, the lights are dim, the couches are cozy, and the drinks are pouring. Make sure to book a reservation. This is a popular spot to be.
