Columbus voted as a top-5 beer city in the country in ‘USA Today’ poll; Local beer bar 2nd nationally
Portland, Denver and even Asheville. According to USA Today readers, Columbus is a better beer city than each of these craft brewing destinations.
Earlier this month, in the USA Today 10 Best Readers’ Choice awards, Columbus waa voted as the 5th-best beer city in the nation.
It was originally nominated with 19 other cities, and readers voted on the 10 best. The top 10 cities included:

Additionally, The Ohio Taproom was voted the country’s 2nd-best beer bar in the USA TODAY 10 Best Readers’ awards, finishing behind only O’Brien’s Pub in San Diego.
