Decades-old Easton restaurant abruptly closes without notice
A lively spot for margaritas and tacos has quickly, and quietly, shuttered their Easton location.
Adobe Gila’s has been around since 1999, when Easton first opened. However, the restaurant’s doors are closed, their phones have been turned off, and their online ordering system is no longer available all of a sudden. While the website still lists Columbus as one of their locations, their social media accounts have gone dark.

Easton has also removed Adobe Gila’s from their list of restaurants. “Easton Town Center can confirm Adobe Gila’s recently closed. We do not have any further updates at this time,” Easton told 614Now.
Adobe Gila’s was located upstairs in the indoor portion of Easton Mall. We’ll provide an update once we know what other restaurant or concept will take its place.
