Downtown bakery hosting new pop-up for brunch & lunch

Your Mondays are about to be a little bit brighter. Abby & The Black Cat is now regularly offering a brunch and lunch service at Little Cat Boba in Downtown Columbus, available weekly on Mondays from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.

A collaboration between Little Cat at 12 E Broad St and Abby’s Pasta and Pastries, the weekly pop-up offers seasonal vegan eats that are made from scratch. Abby’s Pasta and Pastries is known for popping up around Columbus, including collaborating with Cheffy Dawg’s Jack Dale for a recent Sunday Pasta Service event in June.

Specializing in pasta, Abby & The Black Cat serves up dishes like grilled corn salad with zucchini, pierogi filled with fermented herbs and confit garlic, handmade pasta with pesto, kimchi toast, and baked goods including tiramisu, and biscuits with butter and jam. Other brunchy items like french toast, potatoes, and savory pastries are also regularly available.
