From tortas to loaded fries, El Vaquero introduces a slew of exciting new menu items

While El Vaquero Mexican Restaurant may be known for its massive margaritas and entrees, a host of new exciting menu items are making a splash for the brand.

The popular Mexican eatery has rolled out the following new dishes as part of a new initiative to refresh its offerings:

Camerones Empanizado (breaded shrimp)
Pescado Empanizado (breaded fish)
Papas Locas (loaded fries)
Tortas (Mexican-style sandwiches)
Corn on the Cob

You can find all of these exciting new dishes at each of El Vaquero’s Central Ohio locations. And in case you were wondering, there are more than a dozen of them in the Columbus area alone.
