‘Good Samaritan’ shoots person attempting to rob Ohio McDonald’s 

While allegedly attempting to rob a McDonald’s on Tuesday around 8 p.m., a person was shot.

Police responded to multiple reports of an armed suspect holding the East Cleveland McDonald’s by gunpoint. According to Major Lateek Shabazz, the suspect was shot by a “Good Samaritan,” who was able to stop the robbery from occurring.

The investigation is still ongoing. The suspect was transported to a local hospital.
