The Cincinnati-based ice cream chain, known for their French Pot process, is opening at 5065 Forest Dr. in New Albany, and also at 541 Preakness Way in Lewis Center, which was announced last summer.
The ice cream brand creates irresistible flavors using labor-intensive methods, like making the ice cream in tiny, 2.5 gallon batches, spinning the flavors in pots, then scraping the freezing edges by hand or by paddle. The result is dense and creamy ice cream, usually loaded with gigantic chocolate chips inside.
