City permits show, and Whitehall officials confirmed, that a Chick-Fil-A is coming to 3965 E. Broad St. in Whitehall, replacing a former Tim Hortons. There’s another Chick-Fil-A down the road at 6240 E. Broad St., although the location isn’t considered Whitehall proper.
