Italian pastry & coffee chain opening first Central Ohio location

Rumor has it (A.K.A, TikTok) that if you order a cappuccino in Italy past 11 a.m., the Italian baristas and servers will poke fun at you (that has never actually happened to me in my travels to Italy, and I order a cappuccino at dinner when I’m there, by the way).

Fortunately, that’s not the case of Central Ohio’s first Qargo Coffee location, where you can order lattes (and breakfast food!) all day long without judgement. The cafe is opening at 422 Polaris Parkway on March 21, they told 614Now.

Qargo Coffee, which first opened in Tampa in 2020, captures the essence of Italian tradition and culture with their quality Lavazza beans and freshly baked Italian pastries. Lavazza classics, which date back to the 1800s, range from double espresso shots, to americanos, to cappuccinos. While many other shops may offer “mocha cherry hazelnut cold brew with vanilla cold foam,” Qargo is more traditional in their beverage offerings. They do have flavored cold brews, hot & iced teas, and energy smoothies, however.

Breakfast and lunch are served all day here. We’re talking limoncello mascarpone cake, torta nocciola, bagels, muffins, tea bread, and even ravioli, gnocchi, and prosciutto sandwiches, plus much more. Check out their entire menu here.
